Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") sets out the rules governing your use of the Accwisely Service. It forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Service available at https://www.accwisely.com/terms. Breach of this AUP is a breach of those Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your account, with or without notice.
1. Prohibited use
You must not use the Service to:
- Engage in any unlawful conduct, including without limitation tax evasion, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
- Submit data that is fraudulent, falsified, or known by you to be inaccurate, with the intention of producing misleading financial statements.
- Upload data containing the personal data of any natural person where you do not have a lawful basis under the PDPA or applicable law to disclose that data to us for processing.
- Upload, distribute, or transmit any malicious code, virus, or other harmful component.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, to other users' accounts, or to any underlying system or infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.
- Scrape, crawl, or use any automated means to extract data or content from the Service, other than through interfaces we expressly make available for that purpose.
- Resell, sublicense, white-label, or otherwise commercially redistribute the Service or the Generated Output as a substitute product, without our prior written consent.
- Use the Service to create or distribute material that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or that infringes any third-party intellectual property right.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any feature limit, including by creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits, by using disposable email addresses, or by using automated registration tools.
- Hold the Generated Output out to any third party as audited, certified, or guaranteed by us, or as a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, or compliance advice.
2. Reporting
If you become aware of any actual or suspected breach of this AUP, please notify us at info@accwisely.com. We will investigate genuine reports without delay.
3. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user we reasonably believe to be in breach of this AUP. We may report unlawful conduct to relevant authorities. Where breach causes us loss, we reserve all rights and remedies available at law and in equity, including injunctive relief and recovery of damages.
