Refund Policy

1. Free trial
The Service is currently offered on a free-trial basis. No payment is collected from you. Free trial credits are not refundable in cash or by any other means, as no payment has been made for them.
2. Future paid plans
The following provisions will apply once paid plans are introduced and a payment gateway is integrated:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as you select).
- You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period; you continue to have access to the Service until that date.
- We do not offer refunds for partial periods or for unused credits, save where required by law or as expressly stated below.
- If you cancel a paid subscription within seven (7) days of first activation and have generated no Output during that period, you may request a full refund by contacting info@accwisely.com.
- If the Service is materially defective or unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, we may, at our discretion, offer pro-rated credits or refunds.
3. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback for a charge that you do not in good faith dispute may result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first at info@accwisely.com before initiating a chargeback so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter directly.

Refund requests should be sent to info@accwisely.com with your account email and a brief explanation. We aim to respond within five (5) business days.
