Refund Policy

1. Free trial
New accounts receive one (1) free trial credit. No payment is collected for it, and free trial credits are not refundable in cash or by any other means.
2. Paid plans
We offer two paid options, both purchased through our payment processor (Stripe):
- Credit packs — one-time purchases of prepaid credits, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Firm subscription — billed annually in advance; it renews at the end of each annual term unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current annual term, and you retain access and your credit allowance until that date.
We do not offer refunds for unused or partially-used credits, or for partial subscription periods, save where required by law or as expressly stated below:
- New purchase, unused: if you buy a credit pack or start a Firm subscription and have generated no final (paid) Output, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase by contacting info@accwisely.com.
- Service materially defective: if the Service is materially defective or unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, we may, at our discretion, offer pro-rated credits or refunds.
3. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback for a charge that you do not in good faith dispute may result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first at info@accwisely.com before initiating a chargeback so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter directly.
4. Contact
Refund requests should be sent to info@accwisely.com with your account email and a brief explanation. We aim to respond within five (5) business days.
